I am so happy Monarch took over. They have made several positive changes the past several months. The property manager Dee-Dee is a god sent angel, I'm so happy she is here. She has always made sure if there was anything I needed that it got taken care of quickly. If I have a concern she addresses it and she has always made me feel welcomed. Also Buzz the maintenance supervisor is also professional and courteous and his team as well.
